Dear Cara, Deena and Hal My condolences on your mothers passing. I have a memory of your mother that I have carried with me my whole life. I was fifteen years old, I* was asked by a girl if I wanted to go to the prom. I did but I told her I couldn't because my old car was broke down. At the time I was doing some work for your parents on the farm. I told them this story while eating dinner with your family one night. The following night again having dinner with you, your mother asked me if I would like to borrow their car to go to the prom. I was amazed at their generosity. Of course I accepted and went to the prom with Teena Salveson, now my wife of thirty six years. I believe that simple act of kindness changed the path of my life and oh what a wonderful path it has been. Thank you Helen. Terry Kennedy (Berumen)

The loss of loved Mrs. Helen Marie Bohnert is one of the most devastating experiences family can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. Please know that there are people who care and more importantly Psalm 34:18 tells us that "God is near to those that are broken at heart. He is the God of all comfort. My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time of grief.
