One of my favorite memories of my grandma was around 2010. We were celebrating a family members birthday on a large price of property with a pond. Some of us were four wheeling and grandma, in her late 70s, decided to take one for a spin with one of her great-grandchildren. She got a little spooked when she needed to make a turn, so she went straight instead, landing right in the pond! She was stuck for a minute and all of us, including her, were laughing hysterically!! She was so full of energy and life! I was blessed to call her my grandmother and will carry on the traditions she started (turkey noodle soup) always❤️

I worked for Carm and Shirley in the mid 70s. They were great bosses. They even offered me a place to stay when my family left in my senior year of high school so I could graduate from West. One of my fondest memoties is of going to Red Lodge for snowmobiling with the whole familly. I was missing my own family a great deal so this special trip has always been a very happy memory for me. Prayers to Shirleys family. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed by many. Keri Palmer Burgwald
