TURNER - Donna J,93, passed on to meet her precious JESUS on July 12,2020. A generational Montanan born the 1st day of Spring March 20, 1927 to James & Bessie Quinn. Donna grew up on the “edge” of bustling Billings when Pioneer Park did not even exist! With her family being railroaders & business owners, Donna had a busy upbringing riding on trains, clothes-buying trips, visiting aunts, singing, tap dancing & church. At the age of 16, Donna met her 1 & only, Paul Kozeluh (Turner) at Dintys, eventually resulting in 6 children! They enjoyed square dancing, pinochle, The Windmill, Yellowstone, Chico, rodeos & their cabin in Fishtail. After Paul died in 1986, Donna fulfilled her wanderlust of traveling to Israel, Hawaii, Texas Alaska & more! She Loved GOD, her Girls, Family, Friends, USA, her cat Taffy (who stuck to her), rabbit (Dan), dark chocolate & people. This led her to many hours of volunteering at Carenet (LaVie), the Womens Prison Ministry & Church! Donna is preceded in death by husband Paul, son Kenneth & sister Marjorie Ward. She is survived by daughters Linda Nelson, Corinne Browning (Mark), Janice Bintz, Paulette Turner-Byrd (Steve) & Alison Turner; nephews Chuck Netterberg, Cliffy-Mark-Jeff Holmes, Dean Jehowski, & nieces Loretta Oblander and DeeDee Terrano; 14 great grandchildren, 19 great nephews & nieces & generational cousins! Visitation will be held from 8am to 5pm Wednesday, July 22, at Dahl Memorial Chapel in Billings. Donna is also survived by 5 Grandchildren: Justin Turner, Phillip Nelson family, Keziah Baisch family, Reese Bintz family and Audra Bintz. In lieu of flowers please consider Donnas Church, Word of Life, or LaVie, or donation of Your choice! A Celebration Service will held at 11:30am Thursday, July 23,at Word of Life Church in Billings followed by burial at 2:30p at Pleasantview Cemetery in Ballantine.

Your mom was always a ray of sunshine! Mom(Addy) and Dad(Mike) loved your parents! They had so many great times together. They are probably playing pinochle and dancing in heaven! Your mom was always so happy and had such a beautiful smile. I always loved it when I would see her somewhere!! Full of life! Condolences to you and your family!

Donna...thank God for her incredible life of faith and service! So bittersweet to have her leave this place. I am praying for your comfort as life continues. Donna was a joyful, dedicated addition to Carenet who represented Jesus well! We enjoyed meeting some of you and praying for you. She was well loved. Donna and my dad, Jack Duggleby, were first cousins, born 9 years apart but united by strong family ties. Those ties lasted a lifetime, thanks to Donna's generous and enduring commitment to keeping family connections. When our family visited Billings, Donna and Paul's home was wide open, filled with fun and love - never a dull moment with a houseful of girls to raise, an experience that came in handy when she drove school bus later. Over the years, Donna became the glue that held us together. Not that long ago, she put together an awesome, far-reaching family reunion. Thru her 80's, she was active, curious and energetic, welcoming spontaneous visits and making regular road trips to visit friends and family far and wide - always confident in Jesus. Her heart was open so she never met a stranger, just a 'new friend.' She met life head on, with positive energy, generous spirit, incredible memory, a great sense of adventure, and the good genes that allowed her to live long, spread sunshine and enjoy her time on Earth.
