Julie Marie Rides The Horse-Bellrock, 62, of Billings passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Laurel Health and Rehab. She had been in ill health for several years. Julie was born March 31, 1958 in Crow Agency, MT to Warren Jefferson Sr. and Elsie Rides The Horse-Bellrock. She was raised and grew up in Billings. She graduated from Billings Senior High. She enjoyed teasing, laughing, and having fun with family and friends. She traveled to North Carolina, Germany, and Washington. She also loved her “Fur Babies” whom she always had with her. She was enrolled in Apsáalooke Nation and a member of the Ties the Bundle Clan and Child of the Ties the Bundle Clan.
