Jessica Anne Papin, 41 of Billings Montana passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021. Jessica was born in Billings Montana on April 23, 1979 to Robert and Kathleen Papin at St Vincent Hospital. Jessie had 3 boys that meant the world to her. Beau Papin, Gunner Papin, and John Burnham. She fought her own demons but never stopped loving her children the best she could. She spent as much time with them as possible. She loved to do crafts, read stories, take them for nature walks at nearby parks, and play board games. She had a kind heart and tried to help the people she could. Jessie loved animals, she was always taking in stray cats providing temporary homes for them. She attended Rose Park Elementary School moving on to Lewis and Clark Middle school and eventually Billings Senior High. Jessie did go on to college at Montana State University-Billings for 2 years working on a degree in Social Work. She is preceded in death by her Grandparents Tom and Eileen Fischer of Billings, MT; Harold and Virginia Sprague of Colstrip, MT. Jessie is survived by her children: Beau, Gunner, and John; Parents: Bob and Kathy Papin; Sister: Angie (Dan) Niess; Aunts: Betty (Jerry) Mort; Diane (Jeff) Omvig; Uncles: Blaine (Vickie) Fischer, Doug Fischer; Todd (Fran) Fischer; Roger Sprague and numerous cousins.

We were so very sorry to hear this news. Life can be so hard sometimes caused by so many different happenings that lead to so much pain. Dear Bob, Kathy and family, I cannot begin to imagine the pain you are having. Please don't beat yourself up over this.. From everything I've heard over the years, you loved and cared and did everything you could. Laws need to be changed. I am so sorry. Please take good care of yourselves. And know that there are many of us that care about you and will help you in any way we can. I'm a good listener and would love to hear stories. Betty sent me a Graduation picture, I think, of Beau. I'm betting there were a lot of good times, he looks so fun and happy. Jessica's smile lights up the world. Whom ever wrote the obituary, wow, makes me wish I had known her. I substitute teach at L&C, so tell Gunner, I'm going to be looking for him for an elbow bump. The kids call me Kittypooh, he might have had me as a sub. You are all loved and cared for.
