Obituary

Steven Conrad Fuller passed away on July 13,2021 at his home in Billings, Montana that he shared with girlfriend Tamara Osen. Steven was born in Randle, Washington on December 17, 1974 to Elaine Arterburn and Robert Fuller. Steve loved his job as Art Brass Plating when he was in Washington. His love for working on vehicles while it was either just engine work or body work was well known among his friends. He loved adventures, hunting, fishing, anything having to do with being outdoors period. When anyone he cared for needed help, he did what he could to help to the best of his ability. When he moved to Montana, not only did he leave a place that he loved and his dear friends; but also started a new chapter in his life after losing the love of his life, Jessica. As he started his life here in Montana, he befriended many and became family to several people he called brother and sister. This has been a total shock to his abundance of family and friends, but we also cherish what time we have had with him though he was taken so soon. He is survived by his Mother Elaine Arterburn of Boise, Idaho; Father Robert Fuller of Coupeville, Washington; Sister Lois Fuller-Perez Jara of Virginia; son Joshua Fuller and daughter Makayla Fuller both of Lacey, Washington; Girlfriend Tamara Osen of Billings; close friends from Helena, Montana: Mariah(Destany) and Don, and close friends from Washington. Celebration of life will be at a later date. Please contact us for more information at steve.c.fuller74@gmail.com.

The day I meet Steve will always put a smile on my face. I really did like him when we met but I tired so hard not to show it and even made it a challenge for him. He never stop trying to keep my attention and he would Not take no for an answer. I really doubted him when he asked where I lived. I gave him my address and mentioned that I doubt he would show up . Well he did. Shocked me and I was so embarrassed. Here he was in my door way , I had no makeup on, my hair was a mess, in my PJs and here is this man with a smile on his face and says"hey smile babe, you look beautiful when you smile!"He finally won my heart and trust. Steve will Always will be in my heart! ❤️

Steve had an amazing ability to accomplish just about anything he put his mind to doing. He was always quick to help others almost to a fault. His laugh was captivating to anyone around him.
