Donna Montoya

Donna Mae Montoya, 79, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026, in Great Falls, Montana. She was born on August 5, 1946, in Regent, North Dakota, to Reinhold and Violet Schatz.

Donna had three children from her first marriage: Robert, Debra, and Bill. Later in life, she married Derek Montoya, with whom she shared many years of happiness. Derek brought three children into her life, and together they created a blended family.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents and husband Derek Montoya; she leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness.

A private burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Billings, Montana, where Donna will be laid to rest next to her husband Derek.
