Lore Taylor was the most JOYful person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I am blessed to have had her in my life, and I'll remember her always. Bless you, Lori!

Lore, always treated the Leikam family as an extension of the Taylor Family. Her love, smile and joy she brought to all those around her will be missed. From the Leikam family to the Taylor Family thanks for sharing your mom with us. Violet Leikam, mother of Charlene Leikam Taylor.

You let me live with you and bumpy when I was a child and things were not secure for my mother and me but you made me feel as tho they were. You taught me manners, self discipline, team work, stability, devotion to God, humility, respect, patience, self respect, determination, how to be thankful for what we have, selflessness, how to share, how to give (even if it was your neighbors own flowers I picked them on mayday I had the right idea for the most part), you taught me how important it is to protect your loved ones from the attacks of outsiders .. not to ever accept their abuses. You taught me how to be silent and accepting even if I didn't immediately agree .. sometimes I don't know and need to observe fully. You taught me good prevails and evil doesn't stand a chance when you're where you're supposed to be. You taught me how to hope. How to dream of what might could be. You taught me persistence, trying new things, learning new skills. You taught me Christmas was giving joy and love to everyone, chances and forgiveness. You taught me I could count on you if I asked and I rarely if ever asked anything of you because my pride and shame kept me hiding away.. I still know only your phone number by heart all these years. I dont know anyone else's like that and never have before. You were my first heroes. You and bumpy saved me from an asthmatic episode while in the care at a babysitters home who promptly brought me to your house. You made a hot steam bath and told me to breathe the moisture in. You taught me how to control and regulate my wheezing enough to keep my panic and anxiety from it at bay. You sheltered me when my dad's house was too scary and I was afraid of his basement...he brought me to Billings from Casper. You and bumpy sternly scolded the bad in Utah to leave us alone and it taught me to be that for others going forward. You taught me to be clean and neat - organization is essential. Everything has a place. Thank you for guiding me with unconditional love.
