Michael Dorsch

Michael Ciprian “Cipi” Dorsch went to be with The Lord on November 24th, 2022. His Crow name BAAA'LAXAXXI'LEETISH, “Fearless”, was given to him by his uncle the late Chester Turns Plenty. He was born to Renita Turns Plenty and the late Michael Dorsch in Sheridan, Wyoming.

At the age of 10 he was raised by his grandmother Verna Turns Plenty. On May 12, 2009, he became the proud father to Kyro Dorsch. Cipi was a beloved father, son, grandson, uncle, brother, and nephew.

Cipi loved The Lord. He gave his life to The Lord. He was a member of the Home Church in Billings, Montana. We know he will be waiting for us at the gates of heaven when it's our time.

He was a member of the Sore Lip clan and a child of Ties in the bundle clan.

He attended school at Washington elementary, Billings Senior high and Sherman high school in Riverside, CA.

He loved to skateboard.

Cipi was a construction worker until the time of his illness.

He always greeted the family with a big hug and a smile. Through his passion for cooking, he also expressed his love for family. Always looking forward to gatherings to introduce us to another one of his signature dishes. Spending time with family was what made him happy.

Cipi had a heart of gold and held a special place in his heart for his entire family, especially his son, Kyro. Throughout his life he made many friends who he considered brothers.

He loved to laugh. His laughter and humor were just one of the many ways he expressed himself.

Cipi was preceeded in death by his sister Cleo and his dad Michael Dorsch. His uncle Joseph Turns Plenty Sr. Grandfathers: Arley Farwell, Ralph Jr., Wayne, David Sr., Chester, and Vernie Turns Plenty. Grandmothers: Charlene Laverdure, Sylvia Gone, and Priscine Nez Perce. Great Grandparents: Ralph and Rose DeCrane Turns Plenty.

Survived by his beloved son, Kyro, his mother Renita, and grandmother Verna and Elsie Wounded Face Brothers: Chad “Spio”, Julius, Josiah, Poncho, and Forrest. Sisters: Sophie, Briana, and Sara. Nieces: Nova, Brynn, Araiah and Sonaa. Nephews: Xander and Sammy. Uncles: Mark and Franklin Farwell, Darrell Turns Plenty. Aunts: Valerie, Christina, Corinne, Janet Turns Plenty, Clarissa, and Arlana Farwell. Grandfather: AJ (Adora) Turns Plenty. Grandmothers: Louise, Mary, and Avalon Turns Plenty. Great Grandmother: Agnes (Larry) Pretty Weasel. Biological father Bryan Hutchinson and Paternal Grandmother Theo Red Star.
