Molly Jo Bridges Hale went to be with Jesus on December 10, 2022. Molly was born on January 25, 1977, to Joseph and Deborah Bridges in Billings, Montana. After graduating from MSU Bozeman, Molly started her journey at Riverstone Health in August of 2000. She was fresh out of college and eager to conquer the world. Her enthusiasm helped her to excel professionally and touched many lives along the way by dedicating herself to serving others, especially those facing HIV/AIDS. Her current role was that of Program Manager of HIV Services, but her scope was much broader than that as she was always willing to learn more and partner with other programs within the organization. One of her greatest accomplishments was receiving her master's in public health in 2018, something she worked hard for. She was much more than a co-worker to many and shared so many life experiences with her Riverstone Health family.


Her greatest blessings were her two boys, Quinn Robert Hale, age 16, and Kolter Joseph Hale, age 13, with whom she shared her greatest adventures. They sent skiing, church camp, fishing, boating, golfing, trips to Disney World, Mexico, Yellowstone Park, and many sporting events in which the boys were participating.


She was married to Sean Hale and divorced.


Molly was very family oriented as attested to by her brother Daniel and sisters Joleen, and Jeannie; nieces Angel, Faith, Micah, Lydia, Charlotte, and Catherine; nephew Ethan. Her Grandmother Donna Farnham, Great Uncle Mike, and Great Uncle Dean adored her. It was well known that all her friends considered Molly to be their best friend.

Molly fought a two-year battle with breast cancer. She was one of the most courageous women I know. She went through many treatments and surgeries and never complained.


Her last and final adventure is in heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We can only imagine what an adventure that will be.


Molly's services will be at Faith Chapel on December 22nd at 11:00 AM in the chapel on the Broadwater entrance. Burial will immediately follow the service at Yellowstone Valley Memorial Park on Grand Avenue. Memorials may be made to Riverstone Health Foundation or the charity of your choice.


Her smile lit up the world.

I was a fellow public health friend of Molly. We served on the Montana Public Health Association executive board for many years. Molly was always so kind and thoughtful. It's not hard to imagine why God wanted Molly so soon....she was that wonderful. It is those left behind that bear the burden of her early departure, and it's a great burden. It's hard to let go of a mom who loved her boys more than life itself, a friend and colleague to so many around the state and nation, a daughter, sibling, sister-in-law, niece so treasured by her family, and a woman with a heart as big as Montana. To say she will be missed is an understatement....she will live on forever in our hearts and memories. Be at peace, Molly.
