Dear Morgan and Peter, I am so sad to learn my dear friend is gone. I will carry her in my heart always and savor our best times together. Reading her obituary, I learned we even had one more thing in common, that of playing kick-th-can with the neighborhood kids. It can't get any better than that. Sally was remarkable in her compassion, her gregariousness, her artistic talent and her ability to maintain so very many friendships over the years. Her death is a loss to an entire community.

Yes, I saw the previous obituary, and was hoping this one was in error, too, but, sadly it is not. I always enjoyed visiting with Sally when I went to the store and gallery. I made it a point to introduce my niece, who is a talented artist, to her while my niece was visiting me. Her smile and cheerful face was always a joy to behold, and her knowledge of the art world was something I drew upon when talking to her. Yes, she will be missed.
