Michael Barber

So many good memories of good times with Michael and Annette! We are blessed to have spent time in your midst. God bless you always!

My deepest sympathies are with you all during this time. We are deeply saddened by the loss of Mr. Barber. I remember all of the time I spent with him and your family very fondly! I especially remember sharing nice meals together all around the country -- some of my favorites were in the small downtown area of Sewickley, PA, at the top of the highest spot in Mt. Washington (Pittsburgh), at one of my favorite Italian places in Tucson for Jared's graduation dinner, and at that excellent restaurant in MT where Justin/Erin were married. You have always treated me like family, and I am so grateful for that! I especially remember Mr. Barber's generosity. I remember one time telling Jared in grad school how I wished I had my favorite movie on DVD instead of VHS, and within days his father had bought a new DVD for me! By far, my favorite experience was our trip together to Yellowstone. It was an amazing time and something I will remember forever. To this day, I smile when I think about Mr. Barber laughing at my reaction to seeing ALL THOSE BUFFALO swarming our car! :) (Jared follows in his dad's footsteps in many ways -- he used to laugh at me when I couldn't believe how many cows were in MT and how close they would get to our vehicle!) My heart goes out to each of you, and I pray that you find peace and comfort in the days ahead. Eternal rest grant unto Michael Barber, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
