Obituary

Douglas, Joseph (DJ) Wallace, left our world and went to be with our Lord and Savior at the tender age of 29. We know the lord is holding him tight. Dj is blessing heaven, with his huge infectious smile that will be so missed by so many here on earth. Dj was so kind to others, always giving whatever he had to others in need. Dj knew many people on the streets as he loved to walk all over Billings he sometimes would jump out of the car and run to give somebody a handshake, a hug, or money he also met many people at the Yellowstone River. He always held the doors for others and gave kind words. Dj was preceded in death by his Grandfathers Dick Wallace and Edwin Clampitt (Marie), his Uncle Tony, and his best friend Isiah Alkire. Dj is survived by his children Isaiah (11), Ezra (8), his dad Doug Wallace Senior and his mama Anita Wallace, brother Vern Wallace (Mara) and Vern's daughter River (10), his sissy Amber Wallace Hirschi (Shaun), his sister, BFF - Alyssa Wallace (who he loved to tease). His very special cat Nitro (22) whom he was rocking and petting in the moonlight right before he left us, his Grandma and Grandpa Rita and Gene Herman, Grandma Eileen Wallace, and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. We know he would have liked to say farewell to all his friends and family if he could have, especially Zack Bergman, Austin Kroll-McLaughlin, Jimmy Walker, and Shaun Cairns, who he considered his brothers (we know he had a lot more, both men and women). Until we see you in heaven DJ, you were and are so loved and we will miss you with every cell in our bodies. See you in the sunset.
