Timothy Hall

Tim was a great mentor and role model for me when I first started at the refinery and as I grew into my role. He took the time to teach and guide me, and I learned so much from his experience, patience, and leadership. Many of the lessons he shared continue to shape how I approach my work and how I lead others today. I’ll always be grateful for the time I had to learn from him and for the impact he had on my career and our team.

I had the honor of knowing Tim from our many years at Exxon Refinery. I was never more impressed than the time Tim restored the instrumentation of the Hydrogen unit. If it wasn’t for Tim’s tireless knowledge and effort that unit would not have been restored in the time that it was. But most of all I’ll never forget the kindness and warmth that Tim treated with everyone.
