Obituary

Juli Anne Bjornebo, lovingly known as Jules, passed away on January 25, 2026, in Billings, Montana, at the age of 58.

Juli was born on December 19, 1967, in Cottonwood, Minnesota, to Leif Bjornebo and Rose Marie (Corhouse) Bjornebo. Throughout her life, she lived in many places that shaped who she was, including Livingston and Billings, Montana; Victoria, Texas; Minneapolis and Cottonwood, Minnesota. She graduated from Cottonwood High School and later worked with Montana State University in Billings and Bozeman. After she worked at MSUB she went to work at Yellowstone County.

Juli had many hobbies and interests, but her greatest love was horses. She found true joy in working horse shows and spending time with others who shared her passion. Being around horses and the horse community brought her happiness and a deep sense of belonging.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leif and Rose Marie Bjornebo; her brother, Jaye Curtis; and her sister-in-law, Barbara Bjornebo.

Juli is survived by her partner, Bruce StClair; her sons, Tristan Konze, Jarod Konze, and Dustin Konze; her brothers, Mark Bjornebo of Golden Valley, Minnesota, and Rory (Sue) Bjornebo of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; her sister, Robi (Tom) Clemins of Barker, New York; as well as five nephews and three nieces, all of whom she loved dearly.

Service details will be posted on Juli’s Facebook page.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Angels Horse’s Inc., an organization close to Juli’s heart: https://www.angelhorsesmt.org/

I am so thankful I ran into you at the horse show this summer. It always made my heart happy to see you. You were so loved and will be so missed! Give my Bullitt dog some love for me.

I will miss your message asking if I’m going to the Ah Nei rides and riding together with you. We always ride in the back of the pack and chit chatted about everything and nothing at the same time. I will always think of you as the nicest person I knew.

Juli you have been my best friend since high school. We used to go to your house during lunch and have peanut butter and jelly sandwichs and we made darn sure that we cleanrd up all the crumbs so we didnt get caught (lol).
