I will always remember "Grandma K's" appreciation of, and zest for life. She has no doubt touched many lives with her kindness and compassion.

Grama we will miss you like no ones business. From the plastic flowers to the crazy polka dot chair, we loved you. We take comfort that you are now with Jim and Grandpa and the rest of the gang. It wont be the same here without and it probably wont be the same up there with you. Thanks for the christmas card. Until I see you again, I love you.

Kay: We will miss sharing birthday parties together and all the other fun times. Your smile was contagious and you always saw the positive side of life.

Mom I want to pick up the phone and tell you so many things but most of all how much I love you. For all that I am, and all that I will be, THANK YOU for being my Mom

Kay is now the most brilliant angel shinning in the universe. I had the privilege of working with her at St. Bernard's Parish years ago. Her dancing blue eyes sparkled while she volunteered for so many, many tasks there. Whether it was stuffing envelopes, folding church bulletins, preparing funeral luncheons or, my favorite, portraying "Dirty Gertie" at a Church Women's gathering. No matter what the task, she could handle it with such grace, and then thank us for asking her to help. She had a lot to teach us "young things", and I hope she was proud of us. Thank you, Kay, for being a good role model and an even better friend.
