It was with great sadness that I learned of Mickey's passing. She was a dear person and a dear friend. I can attribute so many of my favorite memories to her and I am blessed to have shared my life with her. She introduced me to many of the passions I still enjoy today, and I will never can another quart of tomatoes, or plant another seedling without thinking of her. I will be forever grateful for having had her in my life. Despite having been separated by distance and circumstance, she was never far from my heart or my thoughts. I will be forever thankful for the time I spent with her and the memories I shared with her and her beautiful family. I take great comfort in knowing that she was greeted on the other side, by her heavenly father and so many of her loved ones that passed before her. I know that there was great rejoicing upon her arrival, and I look forward to seeing her in her heavenly garden. My prayers and thoughts to Curtis, Cheryl and their families.
