Jo was a very special neighborhood mom ,always made sure all of us girls was safe .We could always know that on our way to school or on our way home she would always watch us walking home . my prayers and thoughts are with you all.We do know Cathy and Mike and your Dad were at open arms for her just waiting to give her the biggest hugs ever. From Sondra's friend - Michele McKamy: ...On a sunny warm day in November our Lord looked about himself and sighed...soon was coming a time to celebrate in Heaven the arrival of Angel Jo. The celestial Kitchen would soon have a new Chef with a life long collection of delicious recipes , guaranteed to please the resident glowing souls, heavenly stars and Blessed Saints. ...On the same sunny November day the dear family and friends wiped there tears and held each other in a sigh for their loss of Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and great friend. Although she has passed, she shall remain an inspiration. Her memories will fill the lives of all who knew her and replenish their hope and souls with her recipes of strength, compassion and Love of Life. ...On the following Tuesday, with all those close to Jo and her beloved family and friends, the Angels wept frozen tears and lightly blanketed the earth with the warmth in our Lords Holy Blessing of white sparkling prayers.
