I lived next door to Fred at the Stoneridge Condominium for 20 years and he was a very good neighbor. I will always remember him sitting out front smoking his cigar. He always was neat and he dressed up even when he wasn't planning to leave his apartment. He loved having children stop to visit. He was a special person.
