Ralph Felton

I appreciated Mr. Felton as my English teacher at Riverside Junior High in the 70's. He expected certain behaviors from us that I have used throughout my life. I believe he was working nights at the USPS at the same time he was teaching. He definitely deserved a medal for putting up with some of the students that tested him. I'll aways remember him for being a teacher who I had much respect for.

I am sorry to hear of Mr. Felton's passing. He was my middle school English teacher and the reason it drives me crazy when people say "um" during their speeches. I always think those who teach middle school deserve sainthood!
